1 In the beginning, our Heavenly Father created the heavens and the earth.

1 起初，我们的天父创造了诸天和大地。

2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of our Father was hovering over the surface of the waters.

2 那时，大地空虚混沌，黑暗笼罩着深渊的表面，我们父的灵运行在水面之上。

3 Then our Father said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

3 我们的父说：“要有光”，就有了光。

4 He saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.

4 他看光是好的，就把光与暗分开了。

5 He called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

5 他称光为“昼”，称暗为“夜”。有晚上，有早晨，这是第一日。

6 And our Father said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water."

6 我们的父说：“众水之间要有穹苍，将水与水分开。”

7 So he made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.

7 于是他造出穹苍，将穹苍以下的水与穹苍以上的水分开了。事情就这样成了。

8 He called the expanse "sky." So there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.

8 他称穹苍为“天”。于是有晚上，有早晨，这是第二日。

9 Then our Father said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear." And it was so.

9 我们的父说：“天下的水要聚集到一处，使旱地显露出来。”事情就这样成了。

10 He called the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters he called "seas." And he saw that it was good.

10 他称旱地为“陆地”，称聚集的水为“海”。他看这是好的。

11 Then he said, "Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees that bear seed-bearing fruit, each according to its kind." And it was so.

11 他又说：“陆地要长出青草：结种子的菜蔬，和结果子的树木，果子里有种子，各从其类。”事情就这样成了。

12 The land produced vegetation: seed-bearing plants according to their kinds and trees bearing seed-bearing fruit according to their kinds. And our Father saw that it was good.

12 陆地长出了青草：结种子的菜蔬，各从其类；结果子的树木，果子里有种子，各从其类。我们的父看这是好的。

13 And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.

13 有晚上，有早晨，这是第三日。

14 And our Father said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark the seasons, the days, and the years,"

14 我们的父说：“天上的穹苍中要有光体，用来分昼夜，作记号，定节令、日子和年岁，”

15 "and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so.

15 “它们要作天上穹苍中的光体，照亮大地。”事情就这样成了。

16 Our Father made two great lights: the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.

16 我们的父造了两个大光体：较大的光体管昼，较小的光体管夜。他也造了众星。

17 He set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth,

17 他把它们摆列在天上的穹苍中，照亮大地，

18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And he saw that it was good.

18 管理昼夜，分开光暗。他看这是好的。

19 So there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

19 于是有晚上，有早晨，这是第四日。

20 Then our Father said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky."

20 我们的父说：“水中要充满有生命的活物，要有鸟在大地之上、天上的穹苍中飞翔。”

21 So he created the great sea creatures and every living creature that moves and teems in the water, each according to its kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And he saw that it was good.

21 于是他创造了海中的大鱼，和水里所滋生、各样有生命会动的活物，各从其类；又创造了各样有翅膀的飞鸟，各从其类。他看这是好的。

22 Our Father blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth."

22 我们的父赐福给它们，说：“你们要生养众多，充满海中的水，飞鸟也要在地上增多。”

23 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day.

23 有晚上，有早晨，这是第五日。

24 And our Father said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so.

24 我们的父说：“陆地要生出有生命的活物，各从其类：牲畜、地上爬行的活物，和野兽，各从其类。”事情就这样成了。

25 He made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And he saw that it was good.

25 他造了野兽，各从其类；牲畜，各从其类；地上一切爬行的活物，各从其类。他看这是好的。

26 Then our Father said, "Let us make humanity in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over every creature that moves along the ground."

26 我们的父说：“我们要照着我们的形象、按着我们的样式造人，使他们管理海里的鱼、天空的鸟、牲畜、全地，以及地上一切爬行的活物。”

27 So our Father created humanity in their own image; in the image of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit he created them; male and female he created them.

27 于是我们的父照着自己的形象创造了人；照着父、子、圣灵的形象创造了他们；他创造了他们，有男有女。

28 Our Father blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, and over every living creature that moves on the ground."

28 我们的父赐福给他们，对他们说：“你们要生养众多，遍满全地，治理这地。要管理海里的鱼、天空的鸟，以及地上一切有生命会动的活物。”

29 Then he said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that bears seed-bearing fruit. They will be yours for food.

29 他又说：“看哪，全地面上一切结种子的菜蔬，和一切结果子、果子里有种子的树木，我都赐给你们，作你们的食物。

30 "And to all the animals of the earth, all the birds in the sky, and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food." And it was so.

30 至于地上一切的走兽、天空一切的飞鸟，和地上一切爬行的活物——凡有生命气息的——我把一切青绿的植物赐给它们作食物。”事情就这样成了。

31 Our Father saw all that he had made, and it was very good. So there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

31 我们的父看他所造的一切，都甚好。于是有晚上，有早晨，这是第六日。

1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.

1 有一个法利赛人，名叫尼哥德慕，是犹太人的一位官长。

2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from our Father, for no one can do these signs that you do unless our Father is with him."

2 这人夜里来见耶稣，对他说：“拉比，我们知道你是从我们的父那里来作教师的；因为你所行的这些神迹，若没有我们的父与他同在，就没有人能行。”

3 Jesus replied to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of our Father."

3 耶稣回答他说：“我实实在在地告诉你，人若不重生，就不能见我们父的国。”

4 Nicodemus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"

4 尼哥德慕对他说：“人已经老了，怎能重生呢？岂能再进母腹生出来吗？”

5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Holy Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of our Father."

5 耶稣回答说：“我实实在在地告诉你，人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进我们父的国。”

6 What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Holy Spirit is spirit.

6 从肉身生的就是肉身，从圣灵生的就是灵。

7 Don't be amazed that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'

7 我对你们说‘你们必须重生’，你不要因此感到希奇。

8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Holy Spirit.

8 风随着自己的意思吹，你听见风的响声，却不知道它从哪里来，往哪里去。凡从圣灵生的，也是如此。

9 Nicodemus said to him, "How can these things be?"

9 尼哥德慕对他说：“怎能有这些事呢？”

10 Jesus answered him, "Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you do not understand these things?"

10 耶稣回答他说：“你是以色列人的教师，还不明白这些事吗？”

11 Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know, and bear witness to what we have seen, but you do not receive our testimony.

11 我实实在在地告诉你，我们所说的是我们所知道的，所见证的是我们所见过的，你们却不领受我们的见证。

12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things?

12 我对你们说地上的事，你们尚且不信，若对你们说天上的事，你们怎能信呢？

13 No one has ascended into heaven except the one who descended from heaven, the Son of Man.

13 除了从天降下的人子，没有人升过天。

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up,

14 摩西在旷野怎样举起铜蛇，人子也必照样被举起来，

15 that whoever believes in him may have eternal life.

15 叫一切信他的人都得永生。

16 For our Father so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

16 因为我们的父深爱世人，甚至赐下他独一的儿子，叫一切信他的人不至灭亡，反得永生。

17 For our Father did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world might be saved through him.

17 因为我们的父差他的儿子到世上来，不是要定世人的罪，而是要叫世人借着他得救。

18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of our Father.

18 信他的人不被定罪；不信的人已经被定罪了，因为他不信我们父独一儿子的名。

19 And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil.

19 这就是定罪的缘由：光来到世上，世人因自己的行为是恶的，就爱黑暗胜过爱光。

20 For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, for fear that his works will be exposed.

20 凡作恶的都恨光，不来就光，恐怕他的行为被显露出来。

21 But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in our Father.

21 但行真理的必来就光，要显明他所行的是在我们的父里面行的。

22 After this, Jesus and his disciples went into the Judean countryside, and there he remained with them and was baptizing.

22 这事以后，耶稣和门徒到了犹太地，在那里与他们同住，并施行洗礼。

23 John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because water was plentiful there, and people were coming and being baptized,

23 约翰也在靠近撒冷的哀嫩施洗，因为那里水多，众人都来受洗。

24 for John had not yet been put in prison.

24 那时约翰还没有下在监里。

25 Now a discussion arose between some of John's disciples and a Jew over purification.

25 约翰的门徒和一个犹太人为洁净的礼起了争论。

26 And they came to John and said to him, "Rabbi, he who was with you across the Jordan, to whom you bore witness—look, he is baptizing, and all are going to him."

26 他们来见约翰，对他说：“拉比，从前与你在约旦河那边、你所见证过的那一位——看哪，他在施洗，众人都到他那里去了。”

27 John replied, "A person cannot receive even one thing unless it is given him from heaven."

27 约翰回答说：“若不是从天上赐下的，人就一样也不能得到。

28 You yourselves can testify that I said, 'I am not the Christ, but I have been sent before him.'

28 你们自己可以为我作见证，我曾说过：‘我不是基督，只是奉差遣在他前面的。’

29 The one who has the bride is the bridegroom — Jesus. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom's voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete.

29 娶新娘的就是新郎——就是耶稣。新郎的朋友站在一旁听他，因新郎的声音就欢喜快乐。如今我这喜乐已经满足了。

30 He must increase, but I must decrease.

30 他必兴旺，我必衰微。

31 The one who comes from above is above all. The one who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. The one who comes from heaven is above all.

31 从上头来的，是在万有之上；从地而出的，是属于地，所说的也带着地上的气息。从天上来的，是在万有之上。

32 He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony.

32 他把所见所闻的见证出来，只是没有人领受他的见证。

33 Whoever receives his testimony confirms that our Father is true.

33 那领受他见证的，就印证了我们的父是真实的。

34 For the one whom our Father has sent speaks the words of our Father, for he gives the Holy Spirit without measure.

34 因为我们的父所差来的，说的是我们父的话，因他赐圣灵给他是没有限量的。

35 Our Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand.

35 我们的父爱子，已把万有都交在他手里。

36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of our Father remains on him.

36 信子的人有永生；不顺从子的人得不见永生，我们父的愤怒还停留在他身上。

2 嗰陣大地係空虛混沌嘅，黑暗籠罩住深淵嘅水面，天父嘅靈運行喺水面之上。

3 Then our Father said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

3 於是天父話：「要有光。」就有咗光。

4 He saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.

4 佢睇見光係好嘅，就將光同黑暗分開。

5 He called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

5 佢稱光為「晝」，稱黑暗為「夜」。有晚上，有早晨——呢個係頭一日。

6 And our Father said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water."

6 天父又話：「諸水之間要有穹蒼，將水同水分開。」

7 So he made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.

7 於是佢造咗穹蒼，將穹蒼之下嘅水同穹蒼之上嘅水分開。事情就咁樣成就咗。

8 He called the expanse "sky." So there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.

8 佢稱穹蒼為「天」。咁就有晚上，有早晨——呢個係第二日。

9 Then our Father said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear." And it was so.

9 於是天父話：「天下嘅水要聚集喺一處，使旱地露出嚟。」事情就咁樣成就咗。

11 佢又話：「地要長出青草：結種子嘅菜蔬，同埋結果子嘅樹木，果子裏面有種子，各按其類。」事情就咁樣成就咗。

12 The land produced vegetation: seed-bearing plants according to their kinds and trees bearing seed-bearing fruit according to their kinds. And our Father saw that it was good.

12 地就長出青草：各按其類結種子嘅菜蔬，同埋各按其類結果子嘅樹木，果子裏面有種子。天父睇見係好嘅。

13 And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.

13 有晚上，有早晨——呢個係第三日。

14 And our Father said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark the seasons, the days, and the years,"

14 天父又話：「天空嘅穹蒼之中要有光體，將晝同夜分開，並且作為記號，定出時節、日子同年歲，」

15 "and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so.

15 「又要喺天空嘅穹蒼之中作光體，照亮大地。」事情就咁樣成就咗。

16 Our Father made two great lights: the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.

16 天父造咗兩個大光體：大嘅管晝，細嘅管夜。佢又造咗眾星。

17 He set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth,

17 佢將呢啲光體擺喺天空嘅穹蒼之中，照亮大地，

18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And he saw that it was good.

18 管理晝夜，並且將光同黑暗分開。佢睇見係好嘅。

19 So there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

19 咁就有晚上，有早晨——呢個係第四日。

20 Then our Father said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky."

20 於是天父話：「水要充滿成群嘅活物，又要有雀鳥喺大地之上、天空嘅穹蒼之中飛翔。」

21 So he created the great sea creatures and every living creature that moves and teems in the water, each according to its kind, and every winged bird according to its kind. And he saw that it was good.

21 於是佢創造咗巨大嘅海洋生物，同埋水裏面成群游動嘅各樣活物，各按其類，又有各樣有翅膀嘅雀鳥，各按其類。佢睇見係好嘅。

22 Our Father blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth."

22 天父賜福俾佢哋，話：「要生養眾多，充滿海中嘅水，雀鳥也要喺大地上增多。」

23 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day.

23 有晚上，有早晨——呢個係第五日。

24 And our Father said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so.

24 天父又話：「地要生出活物，各按其類：牲畜、地上爬行嘅動物，同埋野獸，各按其類。」事情就咁樣成就咗。

25 He made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And he saw that it was good.

25 佢造咗野獸，各按其類；牲畜，各按其類；地上一切爬行嘅動物，各按其類。佢睇見係好嘅。

26 Then our Father said, "Let us make humanity in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over every creature that moves along the ground."

26 於是天父話：「我哋要照住我哋嘅形象、按住我哋嘅樣式造人，使佢哋管理海裏面嘅魚、天空嘅雀鳥、牲畜、全地，同埋地上一切爬行嘅活物。」

27 So our Father created humanity in their own image; in the image of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit he created them; male and female he created them.

27 於是天父照住自己嘅形象造人；佢照住聖父、聖子、聖靈嘅形象造佢哋；佢造佢哋有男有女。

28 Our Father blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, and over every living creature that moves on the ground."

28 天父賜福俾佢哋，對佢哋話：「要生養眾多，遍滿大地，治理大地。要管理海裏面嘅魚、天空嘅雀鳥，同埋地上一切爬行嘅活物。」

29 Then he said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that bears seed-bearing fruit. They will be yours for food.

29 佢又話：「睇啊，我將全地上所有結種子嘅菜蔬，同埋所有結果子有種子嘅樹木，都賜俾你哋。呢啲就係你哋嘅食物。

30 "And to all the animals of the earth, all the birds in the sky, and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food." And it was so.

30 「至於地上一切走獸、天空一切雀鳥，同埋地上一切爬行嘅活物——凡有生命氣息嘅——我都將一切青綠嘅植物賜俾佢哋作食物。」事情就咁樣成就咗。

31 Our Father saw all that he had made, and it was very good. So there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

31 天父睇見佢所造嘅一切，都係非常之好。咁就有晚上，有早晨——呢個係第六日。

1 Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.

1 有一個法利賽人，名叫尼哥德慕，係猶太人嘅領袖。

2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from our Father, for no one can do these signs that you do unless our Father is with him."

2 呢個人趁夜晚嚟到耶穌嗰度，對佢話：「拉比，我哋知道你係由天父嗰度嚟嘅老師，因為你所行嘅呢啲神蹟，若果唔係天父同佢同在，就冇人行得到。」

3 Jesus replied to him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of our Father."

3 耶穌回答佢話：「我實實在在話你知，人若唔重生，就睇唔到天父嘅國。」

4 Nicodemus said to him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?"

4 尼哥德慕對佢話：「人老咗點樣可以再生出嚟呢?佢可以第二次入返媽媽個肚再生出嚟咩?」

5 Jesus answered, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Holy Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of our Father."

5 耶穌回答話：「我實實在在話你知，人若唔係從水同聖靈而生，就唔可以進天父嘅國。

6 What is born of the flesh is flesh, and what is born of the Holy Spirit is spirit.

6 從肉身而生嘅就係肉身，從聖靈而生嘅就係靈。

7 Don't be amazed that I said to you, 'You must be born again.'

7 我對你話『你哋必須重生』，你唔好覺得出奇。

8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Holy Spirit.

8 風隨自己嘅意思吹，你聽見風嘅聲音，但係唔知佢從邊度嚟、往邊度去。凡從聖靈而生嘅，都係咁樣。」

9 Nicodemus said to him, "How can these things be?"

9 尼哥德慕對佢話：「呢啲事點可能呢?」

10 Jesus answered him, "Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you do not understand these things?"

10 耶穌回答佢話：「你係以色列人嘅老師，竟然唔明白呢啲事咩?

11 Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know, and bear witness to what we have seen, but you do not receive our testimony.

11 我實實在在話你知，我哋講我哋所知道嘅，見證我哋所見過嘅，你哋卻唔接受我哋嘅見證。

12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things?

12 我同你哋講地上嘅事，你哋尚且唔信，若係我同你哋講天上嘅事，你哋點會信呢?

13 No one has ascended into heaven except the one who descended from heaven, the Son of Man.

13 除咗從天降下嘅那位，就係人子，冇人升過天。

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up,

14 摩西喺曠野點樣舉起銅蛇，人子也必照樣被舉起,

15 that whoever believes in him may have eternal life.

15 好使凡信佢嘅人都得到永生。

16 For our Father so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

16 因為天父咁樣愛世人，甚至將佢獨一嘅兒子賜俾佢哋，叫一切信佢嘅，唔至滅亡，反而得到永生。

17 For our Father did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world might be saved through him.

17 因為天父差佢嘅兒子嚟到世上，唔係要定世人嘅罪，而係要世人藉住佢得救。

18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of our Father.

18 信佢嘅人唔被定罪；唔信嘅人罪已經定咗，因為佢唔信天父獨一兒子嘅名。

19 And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil.

19 審判就係咁樣：光來到世上，世人因為自己嘅行為係惡嘅，反而愛黑暗多過愛光。

20 For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, for fear that his works will be exposed.

20 凡作惡嘅人都憎惡光，唔肯就近光，恐怕自己嘅行為被揭露。

21 But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in our Father.

21 但係行真理嘅人就就近光，好使佢嘅行為顯明出嚟，係靠住天父而行嘅。

25 Now a discussion arose between some of John's disciples and a Jew over purification.

25 嗰陣約翰嘅幾個門徒同一個猶太人之間，為咗潔淨嘅禮起咗爭論。

26 And they came to John and said to him, "Rabbi, he who was with you across the Jordan, to whom you bore witness—look, he is baptizing, and all are going to him."

26 佢哋嚟到約翰嗰度，對佢話：「拉比，從前同你喺約旦河對岸、你曾經為佢作見證嗰位——你睇，佢而家施洗，大家都去佢嗰度喇。」

27 John replied, "A person cannot receive even one thing unless it is given him from heaven."

27 約翰回答話：「若唔係從天賜俾佢，人就連一樣都領受唔到。

28 You yourselves can testify that I said, 'I am not the Christ, but I have been sent before him.'

28 你哋自己可以為我作證，我講過：『我唔係基督，只係奉差遣行喺佢前面。』

29 The one who has the bride is the bridegroom — Jesus. The friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly at the bridegroom's voice. Therefore this joy of mine is now complete.

29 娶新娘嘅就係新郎——就係耶穌。新郎嘅朋友站喺度聽佢講嘢，一聽見新郎嘅聲音就滿心歡喜。所以而家我嘅喜樂滿足咗。

30 He must increase, but I must decrease.

30 佢必興旺，我必衰微。

31 The one who comes from above is above all. The one who is of the earth belongs to the earth and speaks in an earthly way. The one who comes from heaven is above all.

31 從上面嚟嘅，超乎萬有之上。屬地嘅就屬於地，所講嘅也係屬地嘅事。從天上嚟嘅，超乎萬有之上。

32 He bears witness to what he has seen and heard, yet no one receives his testimony.

32 佢將自己所見過、所聽過嘅作見證，但係冇人接受佢嘅見證。

33 Whoever receives his testimony confirms that our Father is true.

33 凡接受佢見證嘅人，就印證咗天父係真實嘅。

34 For the one whom our Father has sent speaks the words of our Father, for he gives the Holy Spirit without measure.

34 因為天父所差嚟嘅那位，講嘅就係天父嘅話，因為天父賜聖靈俾佢，係冇限量嘅。

35 Our Father loves the Son and has given all things into his hand.

35 天父愛兒子，已經將萬有交喺佢手裏面。

36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of our Father remains on him.

36 信兒子嘅人有永生；唔順從兒子嘅人見唔到生命，反而天父嘅憤怒常在佢身上。
